The use of a non ' Low Saps' oil will be the cause of your DPF issues I'm afraid. You need to use ACEA C2 spec oil in a Citroen DPF HDi engine. There are lots of posts on it in the forums along with DPF removal pros and cons discussions.

Total cost Ā£100 and two days ( beacuse had to wait for the injectors to be checked over night) I recently mis-diagnosed the smell in my car as a leaky pipe. However it does appear that I too have a leaky injector or two. A bit of oil around 1 and 4 and a strong exhaust smell in the cabin when slow/stationary.
Citroen seem to have done a really good job of insulating the cabin from the engine noise. The engine gets noisy at high revs, but the GP ain't that sort of car. Having had the 2.0HDi on a full days test drive, I can't say I miss the extra 28 horses. It pulls well at sensible revs.
